Projector-Camera Active Stereo using Single-colored Wave Grid Pattern

(in English) This paper proposes a method to reconstruct the shape of moving objects by projector-camera active stereo. We reconstruct the shape from single image where a static pattern is cast by a projector, so this method is able to reconstruct the fast moving objects by capturing at a high frame rate. Aiming to reconstruct with high precision and dense, we propose using “single-colored wave grid pattern”. A single-colored pattern enables to use various projectors. To reconstruct dense shapes, we apply pixel-wise interpolations using image matching. We applied the proposed method to real moving object reconstruction to confirm its effectiveness.
