Limit of Super Resolution image Reconstruction

(in English) There have been many super resolution (SR) proposals. However, most of them are proposals for still
images and iterations are required. The number of iterations is different depending on images. Recently SR for
video was developed and some commercial TV sets are equipped with this function. It is difficult for SR technologies
with iterations to be embedded into the TV if the number of iterations changes depending on content since video
signal processing algorithms must finish them in real time. Super resolution image reconstruction (SRR) is the only
SR for the real time signal processing today. SRR was developed for still images at first and was extended to video.
However SR for video has also other issues except for real time processing. In this paper these issues are discussed.
