Transmission Experiment on the "Hiroshima Ekiden" Course toward Frequency Migration of FPU

(in English) FPU (Field Pick-up Unit) system using OFDM (Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing) in 700MHz band is used for outside broadcasting of road races. The frequency of 700MHz band FPU is planned to migrate to 1.2 and 2.3 GHz bands. In this report, we describe some results of transmission characteristics of SISO (Single-Input Single-Output) and 2x2 MIMO (Multiple-Input Multiple-Output) schemes and delay profiles in 2.3 GHz band on some parts of the "Hiroshima Ekiden" course.
