Report on a support system based quality management for broadcasting operation

(in English) "NOTTV" is a new broadcasting media service for mobile devices.
Due to improving the quality of the service for the customers, especially in the case of the trouble shooting, we need to update and share the latest information promptly among the member of mmbi, related system engineers, and the call center for customers.
In this paper, we report the advantages of a cloud based support system for broadcasting operation.
