Design of a CRLH Slot Line for Both-sided Microwave Circuits

(in English) The CRLH (Composite Right/Left Handed) metamaterial is an attractive technology to achieve miniature and high performance RF circuits in wireless equipment. Many RF functional circuits have been developed using CRLH microstrip transmission lines. On the other hand, we are focusing on the both-sided microwave circuit technology for next generation RF circuits. In this paper, a CRLH slot line is proposed to integrate CRLH metamaterial technology into both-sided microwave circuits, and its basic characteristics are demonstrated.
