Full-specification 8K Super Hi-Vision reference camera

(in English) The full-specification 8K Super Hi-Vision reference camera with 7,680 (H) × 4,320 (V) resolution (8K resolution), 120-Hz frame frequency with progressive scanning, 12-bit tone reproduction, and a wide color gamut has been developed. Measurement results show 4,320 TV lines of modulation responses and improvement in temporal resolution with the 120-Hz frame frequency as compared with the 60-Hz frame frequency. The average and maximum values of the color difference (ΔE) between ideal and measured 24-patch color checker charts were 1.0 and 2.9.
