Abstract This paper considers the historical transition of agriculture after world war, the history of the JA(Japan Agricultural Cooperatives), and its role. After conclusion of TPP in Japan, the important things is stopping the reduction in the number of agricultural workers, and also proposes the method for continuous development of small-scale farmhouse. Finally, we propose the concrete continuous development method for the promotion of the agricultural policy which took in the opinion of a consumer and practical use of IT (Information Technology) ,and also consider these useful effects. |
