We developed Organic-Photoconductive-Film CMOS image sensor in which photoconversion layer is vertically stacked on the Si-substrate. Over 120dB simultaneous-capture wide dynamic range is realized by dual sensitivity pixel technology that is provided with 6$micro$m two sensitivity detection cells and additional in-pixel circuits of capacitive-coupled noise canceller and charge storage capacitor. In addition we developed photoelectric conversion controlled global shutter technology with 3$micro$m pixel which enables motion detection in one capture. |
