Study the encoding process by the video switching method -- Mitigation measures of sharp change the video signal and improvement of the coding characteristic --

(in English) In the video encoding process which is necessary for the transmission of video signal, it is common that the image deterioration is caused when the image switching. This is recognized that lowering of similarity to previous frame is primary factor.
To improve that similarity, this paper describes the measures of sharp change detection of video signal.
