Abstract (in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
(in English) In recent years, it has increased the opportunity to use the biometric authentication. However, it is vulnerable to spoofing when we use modalities using a system since the biometric authentication is often applied only at the time of start to use the system. In addition, most of biometric are exposed on the body surface; therefore it is easy to forge them. Thus, we have studied biometric authentication using intra-body propagation signals as a new modality which can solve the problems. In this paper, we report the effect of using multiple simusoidal waves as propagation signal and changing propagated path on verification performance.
