Development of Antenna sharing Diversity System

(in English) A 700MHz-band OFDM-FPU, that is a kind of wires link, has been used for road-race broadcasting. At present, migration to a higher band such as 1.2GHz and 2.3GHz is a period of transition. The higher transition frequency is, the larger transmission loss become. MIMO and Diversity are key issue for stable transmission. In this report, New diversity system which name is “antenna sharing diversity system” is developed. The system reduce by half the number of antenna by sharing IF signals in the FPU receive control systems
