Dual-polarized Ring Antenna with High Gain performance.

In this paper, we study the design of dual-polarized ring antenna with high gain characteristics. The proposed antenna can improve gain characteristic for co-polarization by reduced the cross-polarization. The proposed antenna consists of ring antenna, horn, annular ring, and circular reflector. The cross-polarization was suppressed by annular ring. In addition, these techniques can improved gain by 4.9 dBi with compared to previous antenna. The proposed antenna has a circularly polarized with average gain of 16.4 dBi covered from 1.4 GHz to 1.6 GHz. |
