Characteristic Evaluation of a 3-Port Push-Push Oscillator Using Slot-Ring Resonator

(in English) Radar systems such as a collision avoidance system of cars have been widely used. In the systems, miniaturization and cost reduction is required. In order to solve the problem, the authors have been studied Push-Push oscillator arrays. In this study, characteristics of a novel 3-port Push-Push oscillator for the oscillator arrays is experimentally investigated. Two fundamental signals for synchronization and one 2nd harmonic output signal were obtained from the three ports.
