This paper presents a category classification of tourism images in image sharing services. The proposed method obtains two kinds of classification results utilizing visual and location features calculated from tourism images in image sharing services. Then the proposed method selects a reliable classification result from above the classification results, and this reliable result is decided as a final classification result. On the other hand, if the above two kinds of classification results are not reliable, the final classification result in the proposed method is obtained by another classification approach. The proposed method enables accurate tourism category classification using suitable approach. |
