[Poster Presentation] Imaging of Sub-ppm Order Ozonated Water Convection Using High Ultraviolet Light Sensitivity and High Saturation CMOS Image Sensor

(in English) This paper reports ultraviolet (UV) light spectral absorption imaging technology using a high UV light sensitivity and high saturation CMOS image sensor. The developed CMOS image sensor has photodiodes with surface high concentration layer with steep dopant profile for a high UV light sensitivity and 1pF Lateral Overflow Integration Capacitor (LOFIC) in each pixel for a high saturation. It has been designed, fabricated and tested. It exhibited a spectral response to a wide light waveband of 190-1000nm, a full well capacity of 8Me- and 68dB SNR around saturation. Using the image sensor, sub-ppm order ozonated water diffusion and convention in ultrapure water are visualized under 254nm ultraviolet light.
