[Poster Presentation] Low-noise nondestructive readout pixel structure for computer vision applications

(in English) In this research, we aim at realizing low-noise nondestructive readout pixels for computer vision applications such as high dynamic range and compressive sensing. In the conventional pixel structure, signal readout is performed by the floating diffusion (FD) so that the charge once read is lost. In the proposed pixel structure, a pixel structure that reads signals non-destructively using a floating gate (FG), is added. Measurement results of the pixel readouts for FD and FG and a pixel simulation to improve the charge transfer between the photodiode and FG are shown.
