[Poster Presentation] Electrospinning conditions for shape memory polyurethane nanofibers

(in English) We investigated the influence on fiber by changing the spinning conditions when nanofiberizing shape memory polyurethane by electrospinning method. We reduced the variation in fiber diameter. By optimizing electrospinning conditions. Specifically, using a sample with a polyurethane concentration of 12 wt%, a solution feed rate of 0.66 mL/h was adopted under the condition that the target distance was 15 cm and the applied voltage was 17 kV. As a result, we clarified that porous nanofiber membranes with a fiber diameter range of about 100 nm can be obtained.
