[Poster Presentation] Study of Hole Transport Materials for High Efficient Light-Emitting Diodes using Low Toxic Quantum Dots

(in English) Quantum dot light-emitting diodes(QD-LEDs) have drawn much attention because of its high colour purities and solution processability. Recently, Cd-based QD-LEDs have been reported to show high colour purity and external quantum efficiency (EQE). However, because of its toxicity and restrictions on the use of these Cd-based materials, their substitution for Cd-based materials is highly desired. We synthesised new Cd-Free material, ZnInGaP/ZnS, and fabricated a QD-LED with an inverted structure using ZnInGaP/ZnS for an emitting layer, and three types of material for a hole transport layer. Consequently, it was found that the combination of ZnInGaP/ZnS and TCTA was effective for realizing high-efficiency QD-LEDs.
