Synthesizing Avatar Motion Considering Consistency of Body Movement Replaced with Similar Pose

(in English) Using CG avatar based on the user’s body movements has easier by spread of simple motion capture. Especially, markerless motion capture is easy to measure the body movement, while avatar pose may collapse in some cases by usage environment problems or measurement errors. Therefore, we propose a method for synthesizing avatar pose including user pose recognition failures with a similar pose. The similar pose for complementation is selecting considering amount of positional movement. And apply appropriate avatar’s position after complementing with similar pose. As the result, allows maintaining the consistency of pose of complemented avatar and position.
