Acquisition of high spatial resolution image by two-layer imaging using organic thin film and solid state senser

(in English) In this paper, we propose an imaging system using a sensor, which organic image sensor and solid state sensor are stacked. Organic image sensor selectively absorbs only light in a specific wavelength band and transmits other light. Based on this property, the proposed imaging system acquires signal in the green wavelength range with the organic sensor in the first layer, and acquires signals in the red and blue wavelength ranges with the solid state image sensor in the second layer. In addition, the two image sensors are intentionally shifted by a half pixel. By shifting in this way, the number of samples of the subject increases. Thus, it is possible to acquire high spatial resolution image. We evaluated image reconstruction methods in the proposed imaging system from evaluation experiments using simulation image.
