Abstract (in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
(in English) We propose a new image sensor architecture to realize the simultaneous imaging of various kinds of biological information. The multi-aperture structure and multi-tap pixel are combined and different optical filters are attached to each aperture. This configuration enables to perform multiple light-projection-based measurement methods simultaneously. In this study, we designed a small-area four-tap pixel for simultaneous acquisition of biological chromophore concentrations and blood flow speed maps. We confirmed DC potential and transient response by device simulation and confirmed that charge transfer and draining were performed at a sufficient speed and that the return charge after charge transfer was negligibly small.
