[Poster Presentation] Monocular Depth Perception by Very Small Monocular Motion Parallax in DFD (Depth-fused 3D) Display with Very Large Depth

(in English) We have proposed large depth perception in DFD (Depth-fused 3D) display by using very small but continuous monocular motion parallax. In monocular motion parallax, disparity can be maintained to moderate level by controlling head motion width, resulting in depth fusion of front-rear gap is over 6 arcmin. which is fusion limit by binocular disparity. Large perceived depth over 90 arcmin. can be obtained only by very small amount of continuous motion parallax of 2-6 mm width around pupil diameters.
