[Poster Presentation] Synthesis of Ca6BaP4O17:Mn5+ near-infrared phosphors and their luminescent properties

(in English) 癌診断の方法の一つとして蛍光生体イメージングが期待されている.これまでの研究で液相反応法を用いてCa10(PO4)6(OH)2:Mn5+ (HAp:Mn5+) ナノ粒子蛍光体の作製に成功している.しかし,発光強度が非常に弱いため, CaサイトをBaに変えたBa10(PO4)6(OH)2:Mn5+ (BaHAp:Mn5+) を作製したところ,従来のHAp:Mn5+に比べ数十倍~100倍に発光を向上できた.しかし,Baは生体に対して毒性があるため,毒性を抑えつつ発光改善のためにMn5+の付活量を増やす事や新たな母体材料Ca6BaP4O17 (CBPO) に着目した.CBPOのBa濃度を22~28%の範囲で2%刻みとして作製し発光特性の評価を行った.全ての試料において不純物相が生成されていたが,Ba濃度が低くなるにつれ不純物相のピークが弱くなり,それに伴い発光強度が増加した.本研究で作製した試料のうちBa22%が最も発光する結果となった.XRDとPLスペクトルには相関性があると考えられ,更にBa濃度を減らすことで発光強度を改善出来ると考えている.
