[Special Talk] Infrastructure maintenance deta analysis -- The survey of soundness judgement of bridges by machine learning --

(in English) In this study, we investigate the use of machine learning to estimate the soundness of steel bridge RC slabs. Inspection data, specifications data, and past snow and ice management records such as the amount of anti-freezing agent disseminated on the bridges were used to create a training dataset. This dataset was used to train multiple regression analysis, random forest, and gradient boosting models, which were then used to estimate the soundness of the bridges. The obtained models were verified using data for the following year, and the performance of each method was evaluated.
