A Method for Supporting the Creation of Giant Characters Based on Silhouette Analysis

(in English) In this study, we analyzed and classified the silhouettes of giant characters by using numerical values, and identified the unique human characteristics of giants and their common elements. Using these data, the GiSAM system was developed to reproduce the characteristics of the Giant silhouette and to support the creation of design proposals that capture the characteristics of the Giant. Three experiments were conducted to confirm the usefulness of the GiSAM system. As a result, we were able to confirm the reproducibility of existing characters, their usefulness in supporting workflows, and their tendency to be recognized as giant characters. Therefore, it can be said that the purpose of this study, workflows support, was achieved.
