Using Deep Learning to Generate Water Effects for 2D Animation

(in English) In 2D animation effects, hand-drawn drawings and 3D simulations are used. Hand-drawn images have a high artistic and design quality and are used in animation works, but they take a long time to produce. In the past few years, many studies have been published on 2D image processing using deep learning, but few studies have been done on AI for generating water effects based on 2D image processing. The purpose of this study is to generate more efficient 2D animated water effects using deep learning.
