A Vignette-Style Background Modeling Support System Using Triangular Composition

(in English) A vignette-style image is a background image that looks like a part of the world where characters live. The vignette-style backgrounds are used in many situations for any character, regardless of head-to-body proposition. However, to make the character more attractive in the vignette-style backgrounds, it is necessary to have a good knowledge of the composition. In this paper, we propose a system to support the placement of a 3D character and other 3D models considering triangular composition even if the users do not have enough knowledge on composition to make the vignette-style backgrounds.
