Influence Evaluation of Segmentation Parameters in Automatic Score Generation for Music Games

(in English) "Music games" are games in which the player performs certain actions to the rhythm of music played automatically to score points and try to obtain a set number of points. Generating music score data for music games is a time-consuming task, and various studies have been conducted to automate the process. In this paper, we propose a method to automatically generate music game score data by using a single WAV audio file as input, and by using sound source separation and tempogram change point detection. We evaluate the effect of the number of tempogram divisions on the game experience. In this evaluation experiment, we were not able to capture the impact of the number of tempogram divisions, but we were able to improve the experimental method. Further experiments may reveal new findings.
