In recent years, research is being conducted on a video camera capable of time super-resolution imaging based on Fourier incoherent digital holography. To achieve this, the development of an embedded processor that can reconstruct images in real-time from recorded holograms is necessary. In this study, as a preliminary step, a computational circuit that applies a 2D FFT to holograms was implemented on an FPGA. Verification of image reconstruction was performed on holograms recorded through optical experiments, and it was confirmed to be approximately twice as fast as the CPU of a typical desktop PC. |
