Virtual phase conjugation based optical tomography （VPC-OT） realizes single-shot three-dimensional（3D）measurement without mechanical scanning; VPC-OT is fast and capable of high-resolution measurements, but has the problem of shallow measurement depth. In this study, we aim to make VPC-OT multi-shot by changing the measurement depth position by encoding the phase pattern of the lens on the spatial light modulator （SLM）. Then, we report the results of numerical simulations of tomographic image reproduction using the proposed method. |
