To develop a new ultraviolet light-emitting device, ZnO films were deposited on sapphire substrates using the magnetron sputtering method and annealed to form a zinc aluminate (ZnAl2O4) deep ultraviolet light-emitting phosphor thin film through mutual thermal diffusion between the film and the substrate. Additionally, to apply ZnAl2O4 to an EL lamp, the permittivity parameter is required. Therefore, transmittance measurement and impedance measurement were performed to obtain the refractive index and capacitance, thereby attempting to determine the permittivity. |
