Affective Evaluation of Images Generated by Generative AI

The aim of this study was to conduct affective evaluations on car images generated by a generative AI and to clarify the relationship between the generated images and human sensibilities. In the experiment, 28 images were generated based on 14 paired affective terms using Stable Diffusion, and affective evaluation was carried out. The evaluation results showed a tendency for a certain degree of agreement between the generated images and the affective terms. The results of the principal component analysis also confirmed similar combinations of affective terms. |
