Stretching Support System with Feedback Based on Skeletal Information

Stretching is an easy exercise, but it is ineffective and sometimes even counterproductive if it is not done while maintaining proper posture. To solve this problem, we propose a stretching support system that discriminates whether a user's posture during stretching is effective and provides real-time feedback to the user. The system evaluates the user's posture during stretching based on skeletal information. When the system detects ineffective postures, it provides feedback. It is shown that the stretching support system can correct the posture during stretching in real-time and enable effective stretching. |
