食事記録を活用した高齢者の認知自己評価支援サービスの提案

本研究では、急速に進む高齢化に伴って重要性が高まる高齢者の認知機能低下の早期発見、とくに近時記憶の変化への気づきを支援することを目的とする。
高齢者が日々の食事記録とその記憶を問うクイズを通じて、自然に記憶状態を振り返るサービス「MemoMeal（メモミール）」を提案・実装する。
本サービスは、従来のLINE完結型のクイズサービスをWeb誘導型に拡張することで柔軟な回答を可能としつつ、回答状況の可視化、生活習慣との関連把握、文脈的な振り返り支援といった課題にも対応する。
具体的には、回答後のコメント通知、条件別の絞り込み表示、月間レポートの自動生成機能を導入し、主体的な自己理解を支援する設計とする。
開発者による3週間の試用では、記憶と生活との関係に気づく手応えや、継続的な振り返りのしやすさが得られている。 |

With the rapid aging of the population, early detection of cognitive decline—especially in recent memory—is becoming an increasingly important challenge.
This study proposes and implements “MemoMeal,” a service that naturally supports older adults in reflecting on their memory status through daily meal logging and quiz-based recall.
The system builds upon a previous LINE-based quiz service, extending it to a web-based interface to allow more flexible participation.
To address remaining issues such as limited visibility of response status, lack of insight into lifestyle–memory relationships, and insufficient contextual feedback, MemoMeal introduces additional features including feedback messages after input submission, condition-based result filtering, and automatically generated monthly reports.
A three-week trial conducted by the developer indicates that the system helps raise awareness of the relationship between memory and daily life, and supports ongoing and accessible self-reflection. |
