While the animation industry expands, it faces challenges like low wages and labor shortages due to tight schedules. This study introduces diffusion models into the colorization process to reduce production costs. The proposed method inputs semantic information from colored images and structural information from line art into the AI. Specifically, we implemented ControlNet and a custom Image Encoder, optimizing a pre-trained diffusion model. Experiments showed successful colorization under certain conditions; however, maintaining consistency in scenes with significant movement or complex structures remains a challenge. |
