ドライビングシミュレータを介した脳損傷患者の運転技能評価手法の検討

本研究では，脳損傷者が運転を再開するにあたっての適切な挙動を確認し，リハビリテーション指導における留意点の確認を行うことを目的とした．若年健常者と脳損傷者を対象にして，特定のイベントシーンにおけるドライビングシミュレータ（DS）操作の解析を行った．対象は，DS による自動車運転評価を実施した脳損傷患者 117 名（運転再開群 68 名，運転非再開群 49 名）と，20 歳代の若年健常者 41 名であった．解析の結果，健常者群はブレーキ操作により 2 群に分かれることが明らかになった．健常者群と再開群，非再開群を比較すると，再開群は速度調整において健常者群との相関が高いことが示された．また，速度調整が健常者群と類似する再開群と非再開群の間には，ブレーキ操作に相違が認められた． |

The purpose of this study was to confirm the appropriate behavior of brain-injured patients when they resume driving and to confirm the points to be considered in rehabilitation guidance. We analyzed the driving simulator (DS) operation for young, healthy subjects and brain-injured patients in specific event scenes. The subjects were 117 brain-injured patients (68 patients in the resumed driving group and 49 patients in the non-resumed driving group) and 41 healthy young adults in their 20s who underwent DS driving evaluation. The results showed that the healthy group was divided into two groups according to the brake operation. The comparison of the healthy subjects with the resumed and non-resumed groups showed that the resumed group had a higher correlation with the healthy subjects in speed adjustment. In addition, there was a difference in braking operation between the resumed group and the non-resumed group, whose speed adjustment was highly similar to that of the healthy group. |
