Abstract (in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
(in English) Currently, there is not much discussion on remoteness for palpation. In order to use 5G-based remote technology for palpation, the distribution of stress was measured using pressure arrays sensors in this research. A rigid body was used for the indenter and a flexible substrate for the sensor. In addition, hertzian contact theory was applied to derive the elastic modulus of the contacted object. This aims to realize a tactile field that integrates tactile sensation, video, skin temperature, and other factors.
